LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask that you arrive punctually for your appointment. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate clients who arrive late for their appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, if the client has voucher sessions, one session will be deducted from the voucher.

SATISFACTION POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the service we provided, please inform us within 24 hours. We are committed to making the necessary corrections.

For your comfort and safety, please inform our aestheticians if you have allergies, physical issues, disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please inform our staff immediately.

PURCHASE POLICY

Returns or exchanges of vouchers or contracted services will not be accepted. Except for justified exceptions, in which case a 20% retention of the total amount paid will be applied.

If you have purchased services that you do not wish to use, you can convert them into a gift voucher to offer to your friends, family, etc.

Vouchers and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
